We take pride in offering high‑quality audio systems and components. Because these products are sensitive, high‑value, and often subject to misuse or installation damage, all sales are final.

To ensure every customer receives brand‑new, uncompromised equipment, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than verified damage or defects.


No Returns or Exchanges

All audio system purchases are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once the order has been placed.
This includes:

  • Opened or unopened items
  • Installed or partially installed equipment
  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect purchase
  • Compatibility issues
  • Sound preference or performance expectations

Please double‑check product specifications before completing your order.


🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide one of the following after reviewing your claim:

  • A replacement of the same item
  • A repair (if applicable)
  • A refund only if a replacement is not available

To process a claim, we require:

  • Photos or video of the damage/defect
  • Your order number
  • Original packaging (for carrier claims)

Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be honored.


📦 Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct the issue promptly.


💳 Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • A product is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced
  • An order was canceled before shipping
  • We shipped the wrong item and cannot correct it

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
